Mod de preparare:
Amestecati indulcitorul cu scortisoara.
Scobiti merele, puneti-le apoi intr-o tava.
Puneti deasupra si-n gauri jumatate din amestecul preparat, miez de nuca in fiecare mar.Varsati apoi vinul rosu in fiecare mar.
Presarati desapura restul de amestec indulcitor - scortisoara
Puneti untul taiat bucati pe fiecare mar si dati la cuptor.
Le-am cam uitat 30 de minute, verificati si lasati 25 de minute sau mai putin totul depinde si de tipul de mere folosite si de marimea mor.

Arozati-le cu sosul de vin rosu lasat.
Serviti-le caldute cu frisca si decorati cu miez de nuca.
