- 2-3 cartofi
- 1 tija de telina
- 1 praz (partea alba)

- 1 kub de pui sau de legume

Spalati si curatati restul de legume.
Puneti intr-o oala adanca dovleacul, cartofii, prazul taiat bucati, morcovul, tija de telina, foaia de dafin, cimbrul uscat si kub-ul de pasare.
Acoperiti cu apa si fierbeti 30 de minute la oala sub presiune sau 45 de minute la foc potrivit si acoperit.
Verificati daca dovleacul este fiert. Scoateti legumele si-ndepartati foaia de dafin, cimbrul si telina.

Amestecati bine si rezervati.
Deschideti, spalati si curatati nucile de Saint-Jacques. Uscati-le cu un prosop de hartie.
Incalziti untul intr-o tigaie cu usturoiul tocat marunt.
Prajiti scoicile rapid pe toate partile -5 minute.
Puneti sare, piper, paprika.
Puneti crema de dovleac in fiecare farfurie si depuneti deasupra 3-4 scoici.
Dati un tur de piper si serviti.
