50 gr de branza feta
40 gr de carnat chorizo
sare, piper
cimbru uscat

Mod de preparare:
Se indeparteaza cotorul si se spala rapid sub apa rece andivele.
Puteti sa le lasati intregi daca sunt mici sau sa le taiati in 2 daca sunt mari.

Reveniti-le in 15 gr de unt cu usturoiul tocat marunt .
Puneti sare, piper, boia de ardei.
Gatiti la foc potrivit, lasati-le sa se caramelizeze intoarceti-le si gatiti-le cam 10 minute.
Puneti carnatul chorizo taiat bucati, un pic de ulei si sotati din nou la foc mic inca 10 minute.
Puneti branza feta deasupra si serviti imediat !
