2 linguri concentrat de rosii
2 linguri ulei de masline
sare, piper

patrunjel proaspat tocat
Curatati si taiati fin ceapa si usturoiul.
Reveniti-le in uleiul cald.
Adaugati vinul alb, sosul concentrat de rosii. Amestecati 2-3 minute si adaugati carnea tocata.
Gatiti 10-15 minute , adaugati un pic de apa daca trebuie.
Puneti sare si piper. Lasati sa se raceaca complet.
Intr-un castron sau la robot amestecati carnea racita cu albusul de ou si patrunjelul tocat.
Reveniti-le in uleiul cald.
Adaugati vinul alb, sosul concentrat de rosii. Amestecati 2-3 minute si adaugati carnea tocata.
Gatiti 10-15 minute , adaugati un pic de apa daca trebuie.

Etalati aluatul si taiati-l in dreptunghiuri - 15 pentru fiecare aluat.
Puneti umplutura pe 15 dreptunghiuri. Acoperiti cu dreptughiurile libere.
Sudati bine marginile cu degetele.

Puneti pateurile pe o placa acoperita cu foaie de copt.
Cu un penson ungeti-le cu galbenusul batut si decorati cu un cutit.
Dati la cuptor timp de 25 minute.
