De data aceasta am folosit o pasta de curry autentica cumparata la Bangkok.
Este mult mai picanta decat cea gasita in comert , deci puneti cu atentie sau dupa gustul dvs.

20 cl de lapte de cocos
2 linguri ulei de masline
sare, piper
patrunjel

Mod de preparare:
Curatati cateii de usturoi. Tocati marunt usturoiul si ghimbirul.
Intr-o oala adanca incalziti uleiul. Puneti usturoiul si ghimbirul si muschiuletii de porc taiati in 2.
Rumeniti carnea 10 minute pe toate partile.
Taiati ardeii bucatele si adaugati-i la carne..
Puneti faina peste carne si reveniti impreuna.

Puneti apa la inaltime, acoperiti si gatiti timp de 25 minute.
Curatati si taiati ciupercile felii.
Sautati-le intr-o tigaie in 30 g de unt timp de 10 minute. Rezervati.
Scoateti carnea si taiati-o felii.
Puneti feliile de carne din nou in cocota, adaugati ciupercile si gatiti timp de 5 minute arozandu-le cu sos.
