Se pot praji sau se pot fierbe in zeama de carne. Fierberea este mai complicata, va propun varianta prajita.
Daca nu va place spannacul, il puteti inlocui cu frunze de Mangold - Swiss Chard sau cu Măcriș.

Mixati spanacul cu usturoiul si patrunjelul.
Amestecati cartofii rasi si scursi cu piureul de cartofi racit , cu spanacul si usturoiul mixati.
Adaugati faina, sare si piper.
