Mod de preparare:
In bolul robotului sau intr-un castron bateti bine ouale intregi cu zaharul pana-si dubleaza volumul.
Adaugati amestecul faina, amidon de porumb si prafl de copt si amestecati bine.
Incorporati untul topit si racit.

Pregatiti siropul : Extrageti sucul de la o lamaie si amestecati-l cu zaharul pudra. Rezervati.
Dupa 45 de minute scoateti din cuptor, lasati sa se raceasca un pic si demulati (eu am demulat-o fierbinte si am avut un mic incident :)).
Ungeti cu siropul rezervat si lasati sa se raceasca complet. Decorati cu zahar pudra.
