O dovada ca parfait este o delicatesa este faptul ca la banchetele tinute in cinstea castigatorilor Premiilor Nobel, cina se termina aproape de fiecare data cu acest desert. Se alegeau diferite variante de parfait. Bateti galbenusurile cu zaharul pana cand isi dubleaza volumul.
Adaugati limoncello si amestecati. Taiati lamaia confiata si 50 g de ciocolata alba in bucatele.
Bateti spuma albusurile cu un varf de sare.
Puneti pe foc siropul de artar. Cand incepe sa fiarbe luati de pe foc si varsati-l treptat in albusurile spuma continuand sa le bateti pana se racesc complet.

Incorporati albusurile in amestecul cu galbenusuri, adaugati ciocolata taiata bucatele si lamaia confiata.
Bateti smantana pana obtineti frisca.
Incorporati-o amestecand incet in compozitia cu lamaia confiata.
Este gata :)
Va ramane sa-l puneti in forme individuale sau dupa placul dvs.
Puteti pune pe fundul formelor ciocolata alba si lamaie confiata.
