Mod de preparare:
Colorati ceapa si usturoiul in uleiul incalzit.
Adaugati carnea tocata.
Sotati impreuna cateva minute, puneti ghiveciul de legume, bulionul de rosii, cimbrul uscat si 5 cl de apa.
Amestecati si reveniti impreuna 10 minute maximum.
Puneti sare ,piper si la sfarsit cascavalul ras. Amestecati. Incalziti lipiile la cuptor 5 minute.
Puneti 2-3 linguri de compozitie, ridicati peste compozitie partea de jos a lipiei si rulati.
