patrunjel proaspat
carne fiarta sau cubulete de sunca
legume fierte: morcovi, mazare etc
supa de racituri sau supa de casa sau Kub

Mod de preparare:
Desenați un cerc pe fundul oului.
Faceti o gaura cu vârful unui ac si incepeti sa decupati cercul. Gaura este destul de mare, albusul si galbenusul vor iesi rapid. Puteti deasemenea cu o scobitoare sparge galbenusul si amesteca un pic pentru a goli oul apoi intr-un castron.
Repetati si goliti toate ouăle. Le puteti folosi si face o prajitura cu ele, nimic nu este pierdut.
Se spală cojile decupate de ou cu apă fierbinte. Puneti-le timp de 30 de minute într-un vas cu apă caldă și 100 g de sare. Ouale trebuie să fie umplute complet cu apă.
