Exista multiple variante, carnea de porc sau de vita este bine marinata (3 ore cel putin sau chiar o noapte intreaga). Apoi este coapta pe gril, pe gratar etc.
Eu am avut norocul sa primesc un sos deja pregatit.
Il puteti face de casa : 1 ceapa salota taiata, 3 catei de usturoi, 3 linguri de sos soia, piment dupa gust, 1 lingura de zahar brun, cateva picaturi de ulei de susan. Mixati totul si este gata.
