Am cautat o reteta de brioşă originala pe internet si am gasit aceasta reteteta de brioşă bulgară pe blogul unei prietene Cuisine de Zika .
Am divizat cantitatile in 2 si am facut o singura briosa. Este delicioasa si frumos de facut.
Particularitatea acestei briose este de a împărți aluatul în bile, de a le etala in discuri subțiri și de a le pune unul peste celălalt, ungandu-le fiecare cu unt topit .

As reface-o cu siguranta. Este pufoasa, moale si gustoasa.
350 - 380 g de faina
1 pliculet de drojdie uscata
15 cl de lapte cald + ou -
1/2 lingurita de sare
80 g de zahar
25 g de unt moale
60 g de unt topit
1 ou +1 albus
coaja de lamaie sau portocala
pudra de vanilie
50 g de fulgi de ciocolata
sirop defructe de care aveti (al meu era de kumkuat)
1 galbenus de ou
1 pliculet de drojdie uscata
15 cl de lapte cald + ou -
1/2 lingurita de sare

Mod de preparare:
Pregatim maiaua: facem un amestec din drojdie, un pic de lapte caldut, o lingura de zahar si 2 linguri de faina.

In castronul unde formam aluatul punem faina, maiaua, zaharul, oul, albusul, sarea si untul moale.
Amestecati si incorporati laptele ramas.
Framantam cca 10-15 minute. Trebuie sa obtineti un aluat moale usor lipicios. Am adaugat un pic de faina.
Acoperim si lasam sa creasca 1h30.

Puneti-le una peste alta, rulati si formati un rulou gros.
Intindem aluatul intr-o foaie de forma dreptunghiulara.
Presarati peste aluat fulgii de ciocolata.
Rulati, veti obtineti un rulou lung pe care-l inchideti in forma de cerc.
Puneti-l pe o tava acoperita de hartie de copt.
Taiati conturul ca-n poza, acoperiti si lasati sa creasca inca 30 minute.
Ungeti cu galbenusul de ou batut.
Decorati dupa preferinta .

Dati la cuptorul incalzit la 200°C timp de 10 minute, apoi modificati la 180°C si lasati timp de
25 - 30 minutes in functie de cuptorul dvs.
