De obicei pun pectina, de data aceasta am pus gelaatina pudra. S-a pastrat la fel de bine.

50 gr indulcitor natural érythritol

Adaugati la sfarsit gelatina si amestecati bine. Fierbeti 3 minute si luati de pe foc.
Puneti gemul fierbinte in borcane curate si sterilizate.
Inchideti-le si rasturnati-le.
Reteta facuta in septembrie anul trecut. Am utilizat ultimul borcan in martie anul acesta. Impecabil.
Pastrati la rece dupa deschidere. Este gemul meu preferat !
