Amestecati faina si praful de copt.
Adaugati zaharul, uleiul si romul.
Amestecati si incorporati ouale treptat.
Varsati un pic de lapte pentru a obtine un auat de clatite gros.
Curatati si taiati merele felii destul de groase.
Amestecati merele cu aluatul pregatit.
