L-am facur cu un mixt de cereale bio. Fulgii de ovăz/secară/grâu dau un aport de calciu, fibre, vitamine şi dau saţietate.

Se poate face de post sau vegan cu lapte de cocos, de migdale..iar garnitura o puteti varia la infinit. Minunat , la fel de bun ca grisul cu lapte sau orezul cu lapte.
70 g de fulgi de ovăz/secară/grâu
200 g de lapte de cocos
10 cl de lapte
1 lingura de miere
1/2 mar
1 mandarina/clementina
alune intregi
fulgi sau bucatele de ciocolata
Mod de preparare:
Incalziti laptele de cocos cu laptele normal. Cand da in clocot adaugati fulgii de ovăz.
Acoperiti si fierbeti la foc micc 5 minute amestecand din cnd in cand.
