Vroiam sa fac sardine dar la magazinul de peste din port n-am gasit, asa ca m-am intors cu 2 pesti macrou proaspeti si cu midii. Le-am asociati cu cidru si cu carnat picant spaniol -chorizo.
Cidrul este o bautura slab alcoolica 3 – 8%, obtinuta prin fermentarea fructelor, mai ales a merelor sau perelor, dar si a gutuilor la o temperatura de 4 – 16° Celsius.

Curatati ceapa si usturoiul si tocati marunt.
Spalati ardeiul si rosiile si taiati-le bucatele.
Indepartati pielea carnatului si taiati-l bucatele .
Intr-o tigaie mare si adanca incalziti untul si uleiul.
Colorati ceapa, usturoiul cu paprika afumata.

Puneti ardeiul si rosiile apoi varsati cidrul si adaugati bulionul. Amestecati, puneti sare, piper, cimbru si o foaie de dafin si lasati sa reduca sosul timp de 5 minutes.

Adaugati midiile, acoperiti si fierbeti inca 5-6 minute (midiile trebuie sa fie deschise).
