Faceti o maioneza de casa daca aveti timp (1 galbenus, 1 lingurita de mustar, 150 g de ulei, sare, piper, 1 lingura de suc de lamaie)

Scurgeti bine tonul si porumbul.
Maruntiti tonul , taiati marunt ceapa esalota.
Amestecati tonul, porumbul, ceapa esalota , adaugati maioneza si verificati de sare si piper.
Dati la rece pentru 30 de minute.
Taiati briosa felii si decorati-le su salata de ton. Presarati un pic de verdeata proaspata.
