Amestecati branza cu zaharurile si oul intreg.
Adaugati stafidele si apa de portocal.
Incalziti cuptorul la180°C.
Intr-o tava rotunda unsa cu unt asezati 5 foi de placinta (lasati marginile sa iasa din tava si inversati sensurile cand puneti foile).
Depuneti compozitia cu branza. Acoperiti cu 2 foi de placinta - la fel lasati marginile sa iasa din tava si inversati sensurile .
Aduceti toate marginile spre mijoc si inchideti bine.
Amestecati branza cu zaharurile si oul intreg.
Adaugati stafidele si apa de portocal.

Aduceti toate marginile spre mijoc si inchideti bine.
În mijloc deasupra am pus-o ultima foaie filo un pic mototolită.
Ungeti cu un pic de unt topit si dati la cuptor timp de 40 à 50 minutes.
Daca este prea rumenita acoperiti cu o foaie de aluminium si continuati coacerea.
Scoateti din tava si puneti pe o farfurie de prezentare.
