80 gr d'e indulcitor natural érythritol
2 lamai mari bio
3 oua mari sau 4 mici
Mod de preparare:
Amestecati untul cu 110 gr de farina de migdale, 40 gr de indulcitor érythritol.
Puneti compozitia obtinuta pe fundul unei tavi de 20/20 cm acoperita cu hartie de coptn(eu am pus intr-o tava de 15/20 cm dar o puteti face mai fina).
Gatiti la cuptor timp de 20 de minute la 180°C.
Lasati sa se raceasca 10 minute.
Amestecati intr-un castron coaja de la o lamie cu zeama celor 2 lamai, adaugati ouale , indulcitorul ramas, nuca de cocos si 40 gr de faina de migdale. Amestecati bine .
