Puneti sare, amestecati.
Intr- tigaie mica incalziti uleiul si untul .
Puneti ciupercile gatite (fara zeama lasata) si varsati ouale batute deasupra lor.
Cand incepe sa se prinda, intoarceti omleta sau pliati-o in 2 sau puneti-o sub grilul cuptorului ca mine.
Lasati inca 2-4 minute.
Scoateti pe o farfurie.
