70 g de zahar
150 g de faina
10 cl de lapte
100 g de unt
Mod de preparare:
Curatati merele si taiati-le felii.
Gatiti si colorati merele cu 20 g de unt si o lingura de zahar.
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Amestecati ouale cu 40 g de zahar.
Adaugati faina, restul de unt topit si laptele.
Varsati compozitia intr-o tava unsa (20/30 cm).
Depuneti deasupra merele si varsati peste ele zaharul ramas -30 g.
Verificati coacerea cu lama un cutit- trebuie sa iasa curata.
Lasati sa se raceasca, pudrati cu zahar pudra si taiati in portii.
Serviti cu pofta!
