Exista mai multe specii hamsii , sprot .... eu am gatit o specie numita "eperlan" inrudita cu somonul.
Sunt niste pestisori mici, pe care baietii mei i-au pescuit in timpul vacantei noastre în orasul Le Croisic din Țara Loarei.

Curatati si vidati pestii (ii puteti lasa intregi daca vreti - eu i-am curatat complet si am taiat capurile).
Spalati-i bine la apa rece si uscati-i cu un prosop de hartie.
Sarati pestii.
Varsati faina intr-o farfurie adanca.
Treceti pestii prin faina.
Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaire anti-aderenta.
Depuneti pestii in uleiul incins in forma de cerc -vezi aici .
