4 mere frumoase (in jur de 900 g )
150 gr de unt
125 gr de zahar
1 varf de sare
50 gr de faina
60 gr de pudra de migdale
80 gr de pesmet

50 gr de migdale feliate
Mod de preparare:
Spalati si curatati merele. Dati-le pe razatoare cea mare. Adaugati si amestecati scortisoara.
Amestecati faina, zaharul, pesmetul si pudra de migdale.
Adaugati untul moale taiat in bucatele si amestecați ușor compoziția cateva minute cu mâinile,pentru a obtine un aluat farâmicios.
Adaugati jumatate din migdalele feliate.
Plasati formele de inox pe o placa acoperita cu hartie de copt.
Incepeti cu un strat de aluat , tasati-l bine. Adaugati un strat generosde mere si terminati cu un strat de aluat si cu restul de migdale feliate.
Puneti tava in cuptorul incins la 180°C timp de 35 de minutes.
Lasati un pic sa se raceasca inainte de a le scoate din forme.
Pudrati cu zaha pudra.
Serviti caldut sau rece.
