M-am amuzat un pic cu traducerea si astfel am aflat ca in retetele finlandeze 1dl inseamna 85 gr.
Biscuitii sunt excelenti imediat dupa coacere cand sunt raciti. A doua zi devin moi si umezi.

Frecati untul cu zaharul. Adaugati oul si albusul de ou si amestecati.
Adaugati coaja rasa si sucul de portocala.

Formati o bula din aluat, puneti-o intr-un film alimentar si dati la frigider timp de minimum 3 ore.
Spalati clementinele.
Taiati clementinele in felii foarte fine si puneti-le pe un prosop de hartie. Acoperiti cu un alt prosop de hartie si apasati usor.

Formati bile si le apasati pentru a deveni plate. Asezati-le pe o placa acoperita cu hartie de copt.
Ungeti-le cu galbenusul de ou batut si amestecat cu o lingura de apa rece.
Asezati deasupra feliile de clementine si presarati un pic de zahar.
Am facut 10 de aceasta marime si cum mi se pareau cam mari a 2a jumatate de aluat am impartit-o in 20.

Coaceti la cuptorul incalzit la 180 de grade timp de 20 minute.
Pudrati sau nu cu zahar pudra.
