Ingrediente (pentru 500 gr de înghețată):
- 2 albușuri de ou
- 33 cl smantana pentru frisca
- 2 linguri de zahar
- 10 cl de sirop de menta de casa- reteta aici
- 50 g fistic prajit
- fructe de padure, zahar vanilat

Mixam smantana intai usor, apoi adaugam zaharul si mixam la viteza din ce in ce mai mare pana obtinem o crema chantilly care se tine bine.

Se amestecă compozitia cu menta cu crema chantilly.
Puneti compozitia in sorbetiera timp de 45-50 minute.
Cand raman inca 10 minute, adaugati fisticul.

Dacă nu aveți sorbetiera in amestecul obtinut adaugati fisticul prajit, amestecati si puneti intr-un recipient la congelator. Lasati 8 ore inainte de a servi.
