100 gr zahar,
150 gr faina,
80 gr unt,
1 plic zahar vanilat,
o jumatate plic praf de copt,
Rahatul se taie cubulete.
Galbenusurile se freaca bine cu zaharul , se adauga untul topit si racit, zaharul vanilat si apoi se adauga faina amestecata cu praf de copt.
Albusurile se bat spuma cu un varf de sare.

(se poate pune un strat de compozitie un strat de rahatetc.- rezultatul este acelasi).
Se introduce in cuptorul incalzit la 200 °C pentru 25-30 de minute.

Se scoate din forma si se lasa la racit. Se decoreaza cu zahar pudra.
