1 lingura de rom
1 mar
3 linguri de zahar
Mod de preparare:
Inmuiati stafidele cu lingura de rom.
Se pune la fiert laptele cu vanilia si zaharul.

Luati de pe foc si adaugati stafidele, amestecati.
Curatati marul si taiati-l felii.
Intr-o tigaie incalziti 3 linguri de zahar la foc mediu si amestecati. Continuați până cand se caramelizeaza. Adaugati untul si merele. Lasati merele sa se caramelizeze 5 minute
Pregătiți forma de silicon. Puneti merele pe fundul formei si turnati deasupra grisul.
