Am folosit un rest de fasole alba fiarta si un borcan de ghiveci de legume facut aceasta vara pentru iarna.

1 dorada
1 ceapa
2 catei de usturoi
1 borcan de ghiveci de legume 400 g- reteta aici
200 g de fasole alba fiarta
2 linguri ulei
paprika afumata
sare, piper

Condimentati pestele: sare, piper, paprika
Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie mare care merge la cuptor si colorati dorada pe ambele parti.
O scoateti si rezervati.
In aceeeasi tigaie prajiti ceapa si usturoiul adaugati fasolea alba , caisele taiate in 2, ghiveciul de legume si 10 cl de apa fiarta. Amestecati , aduceti la fierbere si puneti dorrada deasupra.
Gatti 5 minutute si intoarceti dorada.
Lasati inca 5 minute, presarati peste ea un pic de paprika si dati la cuptor la 200°C timp de 15-20 de minute. Asaugati apa fiarta daca trebuie.
