1 bol mediu de fasole boabe (curatata si apoi congelata)

Mod de preparare:
Curatati si tocati marunt ceapa si usturoiul.
Rumeniti cârnatii intr-o tigaie, fără grăsime.
Scoateți carnatii si taiati-i rondele. Se pun din nou la prajit cu ceapa si usturoiul.
Dacă utilizați fasole uscata, puneti-o o seara inainte la-nmuiat.
Cand ceapa si usturoiul sunt rumenite adaugam fasolea congelata (sau fiarta).
Gatiti 5 minute, se toarnă sosul de rosii, se amestecă. Se adaugă apoi 1,5 l de apa clocotita, cimbrul si foaia de dafin.
Condimentam : sare, piper, boia de ardei.
