Ingrediente:
- 250 g de unt sau margarina
- 1 ou intreg
- 5-6 linguri de smantana
- drojdie cat o nuca
- 10 cl de apa calda
- 1-2 lingurite de sare
- chimen, cascaval ras, sare mare, sesam
- faina cat cuprinde - in jur de 800 g
Se scot ingredientele din frigider inainte.
Se dizolva drojdia in apa calda.
Se face un aluat potrivit de tare, se lasa sa se odihneasca 1 ora.
Eu l-am facut cu masina de paine.

Se intinde o foaie, se unge cu ou batut (alt ou).
Se presara chimen sau sesam sau cascaval ras, sau sare mare etc.
Se taie fasii late de 1 cm si lungi de ~10 cm.
Se pun la copt pentru 20 minute.
