Bucataria tailandeza este foarte renumita si parfumata cu ingrediente originale : curry, menta, lemon grass ( iarbă de lămâie), coriandru , busuioc rosu etc.
Supele era tot timpul la masa mea in cele 2 calatorii in Tailanda.

1/2 lingurita pudra de coriandru

Intr- o tigaie sau un wok, incalziti uleiul si colorati ceapa si ghimbirul.

Puneti curry-ul , curcuma si ardeiul rosu taiat.
Amestecati, adaugati tija de lemon grass curatata si taiata in 3 , 60-75 cl de apa fiarta si fierbeti 5 minute.
Separat fierbeti pastele in apa sarata , timpul indicat pe pachet. Scurgeti pastele, taiati-le cu o foarfeca de bucatarie de 2-3 ori si adaugati-le in supa.
Puneti sosul de peste, sosul de soia si dati un tur de piper.
Fierbeti timp de 2-3 minute.
Verificati de sare si adaugati o lingura buna de smantana daca vreti sau lapte de cocos.
