Punem vasul pe baie de aburi si frecam pana cand se formeaza o crema spumoasa.

Cu zaharul ramas facem un caramel.
Cand caramelul este bine colorat adaugam nucile prajite si amestecam .
Se toarna apoi crema si amestecam energic pentru a nu se intari caramelul.
Punem pe foc mic si amestecam incet pana cand zaharul intarit se va topi si vom obtinem o compozitie omogena.
Punem compozitia calda pe prima foaie de napolitana, intindem bine pe toata suprafata.

Punem a doua foaie si presam un pic pe toata suprafata. Punem peste prajitura o greutate si dam la rece cateva ore.
O portionam - spalam cutitul cu apa calda dupa fiecare taiere.
