90 gr de zahar pudra
1 ou si 1 galbenus de ou
50 gr de amidon de porumb -Maizena
1/2 plic de praf de copt
220 gr faina
Pentru decor:
1 lingurita cafea instant
1 lingura de lapte
1 galbenus de ou
miere de albune
susan
Mod de preparare:
Amestecati bine untul, oul si zaharul.
Adaugati apoi treptat amidonul, praful de copt si faina.
Amestecati pana obtineti un aluat.
Inveliti aluatul in film alimentar si dati la rece 1 ora.

Intindeti aluatul si decupati-l in forme de flori (jumatate pline si jumatate cu gauri in mijloc).
Plasati biscuitii taiati pe o tava acoperita cu o foaie de copt/silicon.
Se amestecă cafeaua instant cu laptele și gălbenușul de ou.
Ungeti florile gaurite cu acest amestec. Presarati susan deasupra.
Coaceti timp de 15 minute la 180°C.

Intindeti aluatul si decupati-l in forme de flori (jumatate pline si jumatate cu gauri in mijloc).
Plasati biscuitii taiati pe o tava acoperita cu o foaie de copt/silicon.
Se amestecă cafeaua instant cu laptele și gălbenușul de ou.
Ungeti florile gaurite cu acest amestec. Presarati susan deasupra.
Coaceti timp de 15 minute la 180°C.

Lasati biscuitii sa se raceasca apoi lipiti-i 2 cate 2 cu miere (cu gem, cu Nutella etc.).
Presarati un pic de susan in mijloc.
