Spalati prunele. Scoateti samburii si puneti-le intr-un vas adanc.
Acoperiti-le cu zahar si lasati o noapte amestecand de cate ori.
A doua zi se pune pe foc.
Cand da in clocot, se aduna spuma si se lasa sa fiarba la foc moderat timp de 35 - 45 minute.
Verificati daca este legata: puneti cateva picaturi pe o farfurie rece.

Adaugati zeama de lamaie si miezul de nuca taiat un pic dar nu foarte marunt si dati inca cateva clocote- 5 minute.
Asa fierbinte se pune direct in borcane sterilizate.
Se inchid bine si se intorc cu gura-n jos.
Lasati sa se raceasca pana a 2-a zi. Le puteti acoperi cu o patura.
