250 g de orez fiert o seara inainte in apa cu sare, lasat minimum 3 ore in apa in care a fiert, scurs apoi si dat la rece peste noapte
175 g de cascaval ras
2 oua
ulei
faina

Préparation:
Amestecati orezul, cascavalul si adaugati treptat ouale.
Puneti un pic de faina daca trebuie in compozitie .
Formati chiftele potrivite.
Dati-le prin faina si prajiti-le pe albele parti intr-o tigaie in uleiul incins.
Le-am servit cu Sos de rosii de casa cu piper Sichuan- reteta aici .
Le puteti servi cu o salata verde sau de varza.
