Vreti o inghetata cu piersici ? Va propun o reteta lejera cu iaurt.
Va sfatuiesc s-o preparati 2 ore inainte de a o servi: 15 minute timp de preparare, 45 de minute la sorbetiera si 1 ora la congelator.
Am utilizat iaurt si smantana grasa. - 2 iaurturi lichide de 180 g
- 6 linguri de zahar
- 1 plic de zahar vanilat
- zahar auriu pentru decor

Mod de preparare:
Spalati fructele, scoateti simburii si le taiati bucatele.
Intr-o tigaie puneti 4 linguri de zahar si faceti un caramel colorat.
Adaugati fructele taiate si le gatiti la foc potrivit timp de 5 minute.
Lasati sa se raceasca.

Adaugam restul de zahar pudra, zaharul vanilat, iaurturile si mixam in continuare pana obtinem o crema care se tine bine.
Amestecati incet de sus in jos frisca cu fructele racite.
Plasati compozitia in sorbetiera si lasati timp de 45 minute.
Puneti la congelator pentru 1 ora si puteti servi.
Noi am consumat-o imediat :)).
Daca o lasati la congelator mai mult timp , scoateti-o si puneti-o 15 minute la frigider inainte de a servi.
Atentie ! Daca o lasati la congelator mai mult timp va deveni dura.
Trebuie stiut ca apa din compozitie cristalizeaza si din cauza aceasta inghetata devine dura.
Pentru o inghetata cremoasa trebuie pus in compozitie, albusuri de ou, smantana grasa, lapte de cocos, mascarpone etc.
