Ingrediente: pentru 6 persoane
- 250 gr de nouilles
- 1 morcov
- 4 cepe noi
- 1 felie fina de ghimbir cu tot cu coaja
- 4 linguri sos de soia
- 3 linguri ulei vegetal
- 1 lingurita ulei de susan
- sare, piper
Mod de prepare:
Taiem ceapa in rondele fine. Ghimbirul il taiem marunt.
Morcovul il taiem julien .
Calim bine ghimbirul, ceapa si morcovul in ulei.
Intre timp se fierb pastele cu putina sare- 2-3 minute. Se scurg, se trec prin apa rece si se scurg din nou.. Eu le tai de cateva ori cu o foarfeca de bucatarie.
Amestecam pastele cu legumele, adaugam sosul de soia, uleiul de susan, punem piper.
Le calim cam 5 minnute, amestecand bine.
Servitile calde simple sau ca garnitura pentru Carne de vita cu ceapa , Porc in sos caramel sau Carne de curcan cu alune- reteta in curs .
