- 20 cl de vin alb dulce
- 2 linguri de ulei
- 10 cepe verzi mici
- 30 rosii cherry
Curatam ceapa si usturoiul. Tocam marunt usturoiul s taiem ceapa in 2 (numai partea alba- partea verde o rezervam).
Puneti la-ncins uleiul intr-o cratita profunda. Adaugati carnea si reveniti-o bine pe toate partile.
Puneti rosiile, cimbrul, dafinul, amestecati si acoperiti cu apa calda.
Se fierbe la foc mediu timp de 45 minute.
Adaugati partea verde a cepei tocata marunt si mai lasati 15 minute la fiert.
