Ingrediente:
- 14 cl de lapte cald
- 350gr de faina
- 3 linguri de zahăr
- 1 pachet de zahăr vanilat
- 1 pachetel de drojdie uscata

Mod de preparare:
Pregatim maiaua: facem un amestec din drojdie, un pic de lapte caldut, o lingura de zahar si 2 linguri de faina.
Lasam sa-si dubleze volumul .
Lasam sa-si dubleze volumul .
In bolul Kitchenaid punem faina, maiaua, zaharul, galbenusurile
, sarea si zaharul vanilat- amestecati la viteza 2. Adaugam laptele treptat si continuam sa amestecam. La final adaugam untul moale si amestecam cca 10-15 minute- la viteza 3-4.
Acoperiti cu un prosop si lasati la dospit 2 -3 ore într-un loc cald.
Dacă nu aveți un robot Kitchenaid:
In castronul unde formam aluatul punem faina, maiaua, zaharul, oul, sarea si zaharul vanilat. Amestecati si incorporati laptele ramas. La final adaugam untul moale si framantam cca 10-15 minute.
Acoperiti cu un prosop si lasati la dospit 2 -3 ore într-un loc cald.
Făinăm suprafața de lucru și intindem aluatul intr-o foaie nu prea fina.
Se taie cercuri de diametru de 8 cm. Ungem fiecare cerc cu Nutella (sau miere).
Suprapunem un pic trei cercuri si le rulam. Ruloul obtinut il taiem in 2 pentru a obtine 2 flori.
Repetam pana terminam aluatul.
Florile obtinute le punem in tava unsa lasand un pic de distanta intre ele.
Mi-au ramas 6 flori- le-al pus in forme de muffins.
Lasam sa creasca 1 h.

Incalziti cuptorul la 180 ° C. Ungeti florile cu un pic de lapte cu zahar.
