50 gr de unt
50 cl de lapte
100 gr de zahar
125 gr de faina
1/2 lingurita pudra de vanilie
Mod de preparare :
Incalziti cuptorul la 210 °.
Taiati prunele in 2 si scoateti samburii.
Amestecati zaharul cu faina.
Bateti ouale cu laptele si incorporati treptat compozitia la amestecul zahar-faina.
Adaugati vanilia si untul topit racit.
Varsati intr-un plat de gratin mijlociu uns (20/30 cm).
Depuneti prunele.
Dati la cuptor 10 minute la 210 ° C si apoi 45 minute la 180 °C.
