M-am inspirat de la o reteta frantuzeasca facuta de celebrul patisier Pierre Hermé.
Ingrediente :
190 g de unt moale la temperatura camerei
75 g de zahar tos
un pic de sare
1/2 lingurita de pudra de vanilie
1 albus de ou
170 g de faina

125 g de ciocolata cu lapte (sau neagra)
pudra de nuca de cocos, alune(nuci) macinate

Mod de prepare:
Bateti untul pana devine cremos.
Adaugati zaharul, sarea si vanilia si frecati totul bine apoi puneti albusul de ou.
Incorporam treptat faina amestecata cu maizena, si formati aluatul rapid.
Luati o bucata de aluat si o puneti intr-o presa de biscuiti (sau intr-un posch solid).
Presati si faceti apoi forme de S sau W.
Depuneti biscuitii pe o placa acoperita cu hartie de copt.
Continuati pana terminati aluatul.
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.
Puneti-i la rece pana cand cuptorul se-ncalzeste- 10-15 minute.
Dati la cuptor pentru 12-15 minute.
Lasati-i sa se raceasca pe un grill.
Topiti ciocolata la "bain-marie" cu 1 lingura de lapte (sau de apa).
Inrobati biscuitii la un capat.
